We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our architectural products manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process, specifically in the areas of metal cutting, metal bending, and PET. Experience with CNC or Press Break machinery is desirable.

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our architectural products manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process, specifically in the areas of metal cutting, metal bending, and PET. Experience with CNC or Press Break machinery is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery and Press Break equipment to cut, bend, and shape metal and PET materials according to specified blueprints and designs.
- Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available.
- Effectively monitor production equipment.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
- Adhere to all safety protocol, including use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Read and interpret work orders and designs to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Keep detailed records of operations and production reports.
- MBO or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of diverse production machinery (CNC, Laser Cutter, Press Break) and measurement tools.
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.
- Proficiency in English.
- Completion of a vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset.
